I had forceps delivery a couple of days ago and wonder how the after care should look? I’m in lots of pain in lower back and when I stand up I get a gush of blood. Unsure what is classed as too much blood. How much pain should I be in?

How long do you stay in hospital after giving birth? Do you go home straight after or do you stay in 1 or 2 nights? What does it depend on? I’m not sure how it works! Also, where do you park so you’re not rinsed with parking fees as I’m aware labour can take hours and hours 😳
