I don’t know if this is controversial but has anyone refused an induction/augmentation at 37 weeks after Pprom? After doing a fair bit of research I feel that if there is enough fluid and no signs of infection I might wait a week and hope she arrives naturally as opposed to starting synthetic oxytocin when labour ha...

Anyone that had a c section with their 1st, does this impact on the chances of conceiving with your 2nd or takes longer? I’ve heard so many different things 😩
My little one is 10 weeks and I just feel sometimes like I miss my old life where I could just leave the house at the drop of a hat. I love her so much I just wish maybe I’d waited another year before having a baby. I’m gettin mg down about not being there as an aunt to my nephews as I have the baby mid and we had s...
Did a cervical check this morning and she said I was less than 1cm dilated, however that I was 80% effaced and that my cervix was very soft so she thinks I’ll go into labor “soon.” Just curious, How long did it take for y’all to go into labor after being 80% effaced? Google says a couple days lol
So my waters broke at 3am started having mild contractions until 5 am, decided to go back to sleep till 8:30am- at what point do I call triage? Is it when the contractions start to pick up?
Curious to know if anyone with a breach baby has been booked in for a C section and if so, how many weeks are you booked in for? Thanks!
My daughter will be nearly 2 1/2 when the baby is born. I will be having a c section too Anyone seen any good tips or books or particular toys? Want it to be a nice experience for us all
livery and it was very traumatic for me. it took me 3 months to walk properly coz of the third degree tears and the stitches were so nasty and painful. plus feeding was so damn hard and cleaning the area was worst. my husband was super supportive and he pampered me like anything. but i know how painful was the 1st m...
Anyone used hair removal cream on the c section scar? I'm too scared to use a razor. Really need to sort things out down there! 😂
So my due date was 11th Oct, and I refused inducing but I was induced for my first daughter at 39weeks. I wanted to experience natural labour. My November 2nd baby now will be an October baby as my doctor wants to induce me the 29th at 39w4d. Any advice? FTM low risk pregnancy
Has anyone ever had a spontaneous labor? Like your just chilling and BAM water breaks or contractions start.
I am being given the option to be induced or not. Advice? It's an uncomplicated pregnancy. We have a 2 yr old so thinking it may benefit to have a scheduled date for childcare but was spontaneous with my first so don't want induction to cause issues...
I feel silly asking but how do I tell the difference between Braxton hicks and real contractions last night and today I’ve had really intense cramps in my lower belly and some of them my belly get tight and some just feel like intense pain that takes my breath away and I wanna cry and I’ve drank water and I’ve done ...
How long after a C-section did everyone wait before getting pregnant again? Also anyone had a natural birth after a section?
Hi all, I’m going in for a planned C section in a few days due to some health complications. Currently a bundle of worries and nerves, I’ve tried to research as much as I can online. Anyone open to sharing their experience, any advice, any details on what to expect on the day and recovery? Would truly appreciate ...
What was that one advice you’d want to give me that you wish you were given while recovering from the surgery? It’s been hard for me to adapt to the new responsibilities while fighting through the stitches pain..
Has anyone been told they can’t have anymore kids after their sections? My friend told me a story yesterday about things going wrong in surgery & ppl then not being able to conceive after. This has got me so worried as I had an emergency. Section and would love more in future 😢
