Confused about when I can work out again

I had my c section end of July. During the discharge process, one doctor told me I couldn't do any exercises like weight lifting, swimming, jogging etc for at least six months and to just walk and do pelvic floor exercises. Another person said to wait at least 6 weeks pp. My GP said to wait until my scar is the same...

Oct turned Nov baby

Just after midnight on 2 November I had a lovely home birth for our second baby, a boy, who was a surprise. He was 12 days late and I was on the cusp of an induction (because I was so fed up being pregnant) when my waters went spontaneously waiting for a room to have them broken in! I had been experiencing latent la...

Picking a hospital in Toronto.

I know Sinai is considered number 1 but I’m also told it’s the busiest and they get the hardest cases so I may not get the attention I would hope for. If you had the option, and lived halfway between the two (in the east end) where would you go/where did you give birth ?

This is my 2nd child, never thought I’ll be delivering my 2nd baby via c section. The recovery was the hardest and I’m in so much pain. My blood pressure went up high and got admitted again. Any mamas that are in the same situation?
