Hey Mummies, I just wanted to ask how many appointments do you get with midwife and how many scans do you get with the hospital in general? It’s a very long wait from 12 to 20weeks if I’m being honest.
Hi tomorrow I have an appointment at the hospital and it just says Obstetrics - Antenatal Appointment but I’m only 7 weeks so would that be a scan appointment? Or just bloods etc
Where did everyone go for a private early scan in Liverpool?
Do they listen to the heartbeat at this appointment? Can’t remember from last time!
He checked for about a minute and the initial glimps he said yep it's a boy, but then when he got closer he was like ... hang on a minute. No. I can't see anything screaming boy. He said he would not be inclined to say. What do you think? What would you believe. 14 week scan is in comments
So, we’re not finding out the sex BUT I’m so curious as to what people think…. This was today’s scan at 20+4…. What do we think? 🤔
Not sure if you can tell anything from these scan pics but let me know for fun whether you think boy or girl 😊

did anyone else’s baby look like this on their 12 week scan? sonographer said everything looked fine and was very dismissive when i asked her to explain why the chin looked so pointy. i have a tendency to cling onto anything i can to worry about, so am spiralling a bit x
So im 32 + 3 days and the last time i had a scan was at 26 weeks and i always said that would be it for private scans until baby boy arrives. However, i really miss seeing him and would love to know an estimate of his weight/his position. Is there any point booking a scan for 33 weeks as they say theres not much roo...
I’m 28 and 3 days and at my MFM appointments they keep saying that my baby girl has all measurements within normal range for her gestational age except her femurs are smaller and every time I go back everything else is proportional growing well, like there’s no bowing or curving of her bones like there would be in d...
I just had my 6-week check today, together with the baby’s check. They measured the baby and so on, but didn’t do any physical exams on me, just asked a few questions. Is that normal?
I am 2 weeks behind on getting my scan and have my 20W scan tomorrow. Do they take bloods again?
Hey so I went for an early scan and realised I was further on than I thought, so my 12 week scan on the 2nd June I will actually be 15 weeks, is it possible they would tell u the gender or do they only do it at the 20 week? Just before I book another private

Hi everyone ! I just found out 3 days ago that I’m 5 weeks pregnant with my first baby. Low key freaking out but excited😄My mom does ultrasound at an ER and I’m planning to go see her for some “pain” and reveal it to her 😅. I’m dying to tell her and have some advice. My first appointment with the doc is may 28. Im…
We've just had our 9-12m check and the health visitor mentioned that my daughter has asymmetrical creases in her thighs which can mean her legs are different lengths 😅 has anyone else had anything similar? For context, she was born footling breech meaning she had to have hip scans as a newborn to check for hip…
I’ve had my first scan today and what do we all think? I’m 12 weeks and 6 days, I think girl but I’m very 50/50
