Looking to Connect with Parents About Vaccines

Hello everyone! If any of you haven't vaccinated your child, or have vaccinated but not fully, and know a lot about it, I would love to talk and discuss. I’ve been reading a lot about vaccines lately and would prefer not to do everything on the list. Please reach out!

How many poops a day

I’m concerned because my almost three month old is pooping once every couple of days. I read on google that it’s completely normal because breast milk is easily digestible leaving minimal waste but I’m unsure because most people in the hospital said she should have multiple poopy diapers. In the hospital she didn’t ...

Ready made Aptamil issues

The past 2 nights my baby has struggled with bad nights sleep, loads of leg slamming etc. The ONLY link I can make which has been different to past days is that he has had a bottle of the ready made liquid Aptamil as we’ve been on the road and it’s been easier. When I think back to previous bad nights sleeps I think...

Immature digestive system?

FTM. My little boy is 8 weeks (born at 37). He is formula fed on Hipp organic (started on aptamil but changed around 3 weeks). On both formulas, he has terrible issues with gas, and the HV put his symptoms down to that and ongoing colic. I've tried comfort milk, but he doesn't take it well at all. His awake periods...

Son fell off bed

My son rolled off the bed today. I am devastated. Our bed is probably just over half a metre high. The bedside drawer was open, but I don’t believe he hit it on the way down otherwise he would be much worse off. But I do think he went to lift his head up and donked it in the bedside drawer. So he has a red line on h...

Has a GP ever given you their mobile number?

I can't decide if this is normal or not. For context, I've met him several times and he's always been nothing but helpful. Then one day he gave me his number and said I could book in with him directly next time. I also wasn't sure if he just meant to use it on that one occasion or whether he was okay with me contact...

Too much water?

I was giving my four month old a bath, and I had the water too high and almost at her shoulders, but she was laying in her own tub that’s tilted inside ours, so her chest and front of her shoulders were exposed. As I’m cleaning her neck I turn away from her face for a second and I realize she’s been licking some of ...

Should I be concerned?

My little one is 6 weeks old and the last couple of days she has started to spit up more we haven’t changed her formula or the amount we are giving her. I’ve just changed her nappy and her bowel movement is loose but it’s the first one she has had. Do you think it’s something to be concerned about or just cause she ...

Squash making both children sick

So today we went to the pub for Mother’s Day dinner, both my boys had orange cordial which they’ve had plenty of times before. After drinking about half of it my youngest gagged and then all the liquid came back up, but then he was fine so I put it down to him drinking it too quickly. Within a few minutes my eldest...
