Hey, fellow mummas, Has anyone's child gotten a respiratory virus and then developed diarrhea/ runny poops afterwards? My little guy (11 months) has just had a respiratory virus that he got from his sister and when he was starting to get over that he has developed diarrhea, it was pretty bad the first few days and h...
Heya mamas, what do you all do for after the bath? My baby girl loves the bath, just hates the changing, getting lotioned, and getting dressed afterwards. I keep a calm tone, put on calm music, and warm the changing table before putting her down. The only time she calms down is if there is a bottle in her mouth (she...
Hiya everyone, we’ve had a rough couple of months with my youngest, he’s 5 months tomorrow and the health visitor has expressed concerns over ASD… I didn’t even know that could have concerns at this age and I’m quite worried, I was wondering if anyone has experienced this with their little ones and what the outcome ...
Is this a healthy colour for first harvest of colostrum?
How are you all washing baby’s hair to stop water going in face? Sounds like a silly question but my baby won’t sit still in bath anymore 😫 and when I try and wash his hair, the jug of water goes all over his face and tonight he must have swallowed some as he got very upset 😢 anyone have any tips? Thanks
My 9 week old just had a bottle and did a large burp and she had some vomit come out with a little bit of blood. Is that normal?
My 3 week old seems to be very constipated. She haven't had any dirty nappies for past 4 days. I took her to gp and they said she seems fine but if doesn't have any dirty nappies by Friday I should take her to hospital. Anyone had similar experience?
Our 7 week old was prescribed lactulose a few weeks ago as he’s constipated and has been since birth (we’ve changed his milk etc but still the same) we got told he’s got infant dyscezia however when we gave him the laxative his stomach made the most awful noises and he was in so much pain and unsettled I’ve not gave...
Any advice that might help on the day and after? I’ve Bought calpol, should I give before? Did you breast feed as LO being jabbed?
How often does the HV come out once you’ve had the baby as I will be staying at my partners but the HV will be coming out to my address if that makes sense x
We’ve just had our bathroom re done after only having a shower for a year we now have a bath!! I’ve got it at a Luke warm temp so it doesn’t feel like it’s raising my body temp, are regular baths like this ok?!
I feel terrible, my son has been a bit more grumpy than usual and I put it off as teething, but I’m realizing now he’s a pretty constipated): He’s pooping but it’s definitely painful and pretty thick, almost hard. He hates apple juice but he’s been drinking plenty of water. Does anyone have any other remedies??
Has anyone used probiotics for their babies and found them beneficial??
My little girl is constantly farting to the point I wonder if she has an intolerance, or is this normal?
Baby boy used to be fine with bath time but as of recently he HATES having both his hair and face washed. Like screaming hates it. Anyone else? Anyone found any way around this so it’s a nicer experience for all?! Thanks!
Does everyone still have bubble baths while pregnant? Had any issues or anything afterwards? Really want one but too scared of getting an infection or something so just getting plain baths with just water 🥲
Looking for positive stories from anyone who has a really colicky baby. Our daughter cries everytime she is awake for the whole wake window and it’s constant jiggling her around and trying to distract her until it’s time to sleep again. I can’t put her down at all, screams in the car, screams in the pram. I’m curr...
My 7 week old has started crying during feeds but only on the evening. Has anyone had this?
My baby was sat with my step-children (9 & 7) and I came in to him crying. He had a red nose and a red mark on his head and I asked if he had fallen off the bed. They both nodded and couldn’t commit to a set story of what had happened (I’m not mad at them, I shouldn’t have left children in charge of a child) however...
Going out of my mind here with worry. My 13 month old girl for the last 2.5 weeks has had very explosive, loose, watery poos. No other symptoms, no temp, no vomiting. I took her to the doctors after a week and they suggested it could be a temporary lactose intolerance after an infection, to cut dairy out and see ...
