Reflux pillow for babies

Hi, Did anyone used a reflux pillow for babies after feeding? My baby 3 weeks old, has to stay elevated for at least 15-20 minutes after feeding so the milk won’t come out. Currently we are using a normal pillow and we are keeping her in an angle on our legs or in our arm, but I don’t think it’s good for her back fo...

when your partner helps babe at night do they keep you awake?

mine just got up (after i had to wake him up because he claims night time is “his shift” but he sleeps through her crying constantly and i’m still the one doing it 99.9% of the time) and instead of taking her in the other room he turned on all the lights, sat her down in the bed, left her wet diaper and supplies out...

Napping (or not napping🤣)

My LO has never been good at napping in her crib and only usually stays asleep on me or in her pram in the day. The last couple days I’ve really tried to put her down in her crib as it’s hard to eat and do odd bits round the house etc with her constantly on me. When putting her down she instantly wakes up after fa...

Love to dream transition

So my baby has been using the love to dream swaddle since newborn and she practically sleeps all night. I tried to put her in a sleep bag as she’s getting taller and she kept waking up in the night every 1-2 hours 😫😫 I’ve bought a transition love to dream swaddle of Vinted to see if this will help as you can take…

Travelling sleep...?

When babies have outgrown the travel cot but are still sleeping in the crib, when you travel away, what are your babies sleeping in? We go away on a family get-together when our LO is about 15 months old and I'm not sure what to sort for sleeping arrangements for them.

Swapping from bassinet

My baby is almost 15 weeks. She still fits in her bassinet part of the pram (just). I tried her in the next part of the pram (the pushchair bit) and she looks fine. Fits ok and her head didn’t drop forward. Question is - when are people transitioning from bassinet to pushchair part of pram? How’d you know when to ...

Dummy - to get rid?

Had anyone got rid of the dummy? It defiantly has its uses but it’s causing wake ups in the night and she needs her dummy putting back in. I don’t know if it’s a sign to try and get rid. 😊

Feed to sleep

How are people stopping feeding their EBF baby to sleep? He literally has always had the boob to go to sleep and I find any other form of comfort makes him more distressed. He’s 9 months and I go back to work soon so need an alternative that family can use 🫠 also doesn’t take a dummy or bottle 😬

Dummy/sleep

My baby girl has learnt how to take her dummy in and out her mouth, which is great! However, when we put her to bed she now tries to take it out her mouth to wake herself. We have tried putting her to sleep without the dummy, after about 45 minutes she starts fussing for her dummy. I’m not sure if it’s a sleep r...

Regression?

Is my baby going through some sort of regression? Last night for example, she slept at 8.35, was awake at 9.30 and I rocked her back to sleep. She then woke again at 10.50 and was up for 2 hours, I rocked her back to sleep several times and everytime I put her back down she would wake up. I fed her on one of these o...

Tilting crib for congestion

My little boy has been struggling with breathing through his nose the past couple of nights. Obviously he doesn’t understand that if he has his dummy in, he can’t breathe! We have a Calpol plug in, but has anyone elevated their baby’s crib one end to help with congestion?

8/9 month regression

My LO was sleep trained (Ferber) at 6 months and started sleeping through the night 10/11 hours and has been for a couple of months and goes down to bed easily and self settles. He hit the 4 month regression very badly and would wake hourly for 2 months. However in the last week or so he’s started waking at 3/4am an...

Sleeping through the night

Is it okay for my 10 week old to be sleeping through the night? He feeds loads during the day (he’s formula fed) and he’s a big boy he’s just about to move into 6-9month clothing🥲 so he’s growing loads. I just don’t know if I should be waking him up in the night? We do demand feeding so he always lets me know when…

Removing nappies overnight?

We started potty training last weekend and our LO has been OK, not perfect but few accidents after the first couple of days. The last couple of nights she has then been dry overnight which was a surprise to us. Has anyone removed nappies overnight and at what stage do you do this?

Bed time routine

So my little one is 8 weeks and she has a routine of coming up about 10.30 and having a bedtime feed. I was just wondering when people start implementing an earlier routine of 7ish.
