Does anyone else’s baby wake up with really cold arms and hands?😔 she sleeps in a vest, sleep suit and 2.5 tog sleep bag and our room is always between 16-20 degrees. But she keeps waking up with cold hands and arms and it makes me so sad☹️ what can I do to stop this? Obviously the sleep bags are armless🤷🏻‍♀️

Baby consistently wakes up at 5AM. Even if we move final feed time he still gets up at 5AM. Any tips on changing his internal body clock to push it to 6AM?
