Hello! I was just wondering when to stop taking pregnacare tablets. I am currently 37+2 and on my very last tablet. Is it worth me buying more or is it ok for me to stop taking them now? Thank you in advance :)
Forgot to give my LO her daily vitamins today. Wops! Feeling awful as I always try and ensure she has them daily. Always worry once I forget once I always will 🙈🙈🙈🙈! Surely missing a day here and there isn’t an issue right 🙈🙈🙈

Has anyone had any success with taking collagen supplements for joint pain? My knees are getting worse all the time, I already sleep with a knee pillow and straighten my legs as much as possible through the night. I've ordered some plant based ones to try as I'm vegetarian, really hoping they're going to help!

So I give my baby one sachet of this a day with her milk (she’s 13 months old and on cows milk) I’m unsure if I’m supposed to be giving her additional vitamin supplements with it? It has VitD in it but not sure if it’s the right amount. Does anyone else use this and do you give additional vitamins?
