Office Risk Assessment

Has anyone else had an office risk assessment done for their pregnancy? If so, what are some helpful things you have asked for/your job has provided? I am already considering asking for a birthing ball to sit by my desk, and something I can use to elevate my legs. Any other ideas would be appreciated!

Dropshipping

Is anyone here involved in dropshipping? I'm interested in learning more about it, but I'm a bit lost with the different markets, and there are a lot of costs associated, so I need to understand it better!

Who to contact

I’m 22 weeks pregnant and I’m unsure of who to contact with pregnancy related health problems. For example, my back pain is quite bad and I’ve been having watery discharge. The only midwife number I’ve been given is maternity triage and obviously these aren’t emergencies. Do I go through my doctor and request to see...

Working from home jobs?

I’m a science related graduate and work in healthcare in the NHS, but since having my baby I’ve been dreading to go back to work and leave my baby for long hours and night shifts, it’s virtually impossible. I was wondering does anyone have recommendations for working from home jobs that can fit the qualifications or...

Partner support financially

How do you make it work when on £0 pay? What does your partner put in or do differently? What systems do people use? We are at lockerheads because apparently I should be somehow funding myself - despite the only reason I’m losing my usual salary is to be off looking after our child.

Intel Mommas?

Hi there, I’m reaching out to see if there are any other Intel Moms? Or mom whose partners work at Intel. My husband and I both work at Intel and find socializing is a little easier with that shared work experience. We promise we won’t always talk about work but some common ground is nice.

Rant! 😥 Depressed over the economy.

I feel like I'm drowning. I worked my ssa off to get a promotion the past few months. I was so happy and excited to have a significant bump in pay so things won't be so tight in our household, only to be slapped with higher bills. The same day I received my higher check, I log on to pay my mortgage and to my shock ...

Child benefit

I know child benefit can be backdated 3 months. Is that 3 months from when you make the claim? I made the claim in May and they still haven’t processed it yet. Does that mean my first payment would be 6 months to include the three months backdated and the three months since i claimed?! (my daughter is 2). thanks!
