Sign that labour is close?

I’m 36+3 today and been feeling differently over the past few days. Have been going toilet a lot more frequently, looser stool and have been having mild cramping on and off throughout the night. Do you think this could mean labour is on its way?

Baby Boy🩵

My October baby ended up being a September baby🩵 I went into labour at 36weeks+6 and had an emergency c-section, he arrived at 12:17am. It was quite scary at first because we really wasn’t expecting him to come so early but he was happy and healthy. Just wanted to put this out there because it really wasn’t as bad…

Has anyone lost their mucus plug? I am 38 + 2.

Mild cramping since Sunday since I lost my MP and due on the 15th. I am hoping that this means she might be on her way soon… but loosing your MP can also mean a lot of nothing. Anyone else has this? First baby, I am so done with being pregnant at this point. Sleep is such a chore - I keep waking up at 5am (perha...

So I am 36 weeks today. Really struggling with my 10 month old in the sense of putting her in her cot, rocking her to sleep, picking her up off the floor due to my bump. And I’m sore in general with sore back, sore stomach, sore hips. If I spoke to my midwife and explained this do you think this is a reason they w...

Skin to skin

I’m having my second c-section later this year (hopefully scheduled, but tbd because baby is measuring small). I was wondering how many of you were able to have skin to skin directly after the surgery? As in, while they stitched you up and then again while in the recovery room. Last time, we did skin to skin briefl...

Dilation

How quickly can you dilate enough to be considered in active labour if you’re at 0? Can you progress overnight or does it take days/weeks? I’m having frequent contractions but still at 0
