Labour?

Can anyone help? I am having tightenings lasting between 30 - 50 seconds. Every 3-7mins I have been timing them on an app. Having back pain too. But these tightening are not painful at all so can’t be contractions but what could they be? Thank you :)

Induction postponed 🫠

Induction was booked for today (41+4 weeks) but has been pushed to tomorrow due to how busy the hospital is. Anyone else experienced this? On average how long before you had baby if you were induced? Praying she makes an entrance before induction 🤞🏻

Being induced after waters breaking at 37+6 days.

Hi ladies, Waters broke and after 24 hrs of no sign of labour, we’ve gone for induction. Had a vaginal examination and the gel stuff to induce. Midwife said cervix is forward and soft. Feeling a little scared but excited to meet baby. Positive induction stories/advice very welcome.

Mucus plug

So I’ve just lost my mucus plug and I’m 38+3 do I need to contact triage/my midwife or do I just wait and see if things happen? Also how soon after losing it do you go into labour? FTM so really not sure what I’m meant to do 😂

Baby stuff

Hi guys! Flying to Kos next week. I have made a list for baby’s bag. (Not including clothes) We are flying with ryanair, can all of this go into one bag - will they allow it? Or am I only allowed a nappy bag with a few bits in? Then the rest in my suitcase? It’s all a bit confusing and I don’t want to bugger up! Al...

Had my baby at 12:37. I was getting prepped for the epidural and as soon as the nurse told me to swing my legs across the bed, I ...

Frida mom C-section silicone scar patches

I’ve recently purchased these and yet to use them. I’m a bit confused about how to use, how long to wear and when to remove. Instructions say build up use from a few hours per day to then 24 hours each day. Each patch can be worn for 7 days. And you can even wear in the shower. So when you have built up to wear...
