Induction at Colchester hospital

I’m being induced today, still waiting for a phone call to tell me what time I should come in, is that normal? I don’t want to call and hassle them if it’s not necessary, what time have people been called to come in previously? I know it may well very trust by trust, I’m in Colchester if that’s any help 🙈 Thank you xx

Dilation question RE induction

So I'm not booked in for an induction or anything but I'm just curious wondering if it does come to that will I need to be manually dilated IE balloon catheter if I'm already 2-3cm dilated? I had a sweep on Tuesday and she advised I was 2-3cm and baby was only partially engaged🤷‍♀️

Hospital Recommendations

This might sound snobby but I had a horrible experience last time I gave birth, so I don’t want to go to the same hospital. Does anyone have recommendations for hospital that have upgraded birthing center, decent rooms, actually places for the dad to sleep, and nice staff in the piedmont triad North Carolina?
