Anyone who's had a planned c section at Princess Anne, when did you get your date? All I know is it will be the week before my due date. Currently 37 weeks.
Hello all, Nesting continuing full on and looking at Amazon to see what else I can possibly buy😅 We are a quick drive away from the hospital - 10/12 mins at night and maybe 20/25 depending on traffic day time. The thing is I’d rather not buy anything unnecessary for one time use anymore. Do you think I need an…
Today I've read about momma's pumping or drinking castor oil (midwives brew) to induce labor, and these options honestly scare me because of the research I've done. Namely, nipple stimulation and castor oil being the two more dangerous methods, not recommended to induce labor because of how intense and uncontrollabl...
Do I have to wait the 6 weeks even though I stopped bleeding and didn’t have a vaginal birth?
Going in to get induced tonight! I’m so nervous 😬
Does anyone know if it is safe to have an organsm before 6 weeks ? I think your uterus contracts and is that bad for its healing ? Qnd would it hurt after.

Planned C-section obviously comes with it's own risks of major surgery. However planned C-section recovery is apparently b...
I lost my mucus plug at 9am this morning, this is my first pregnancy. What could this mean & what are your experiences ?
I am 39 weeks + 3 days.. any advice to naturally kick start this labor to avoid induction??
40 weeks six days, was 1 cm dilated last appt, opting in for an elective induction, first kid was 13 days late with a need for an induction due to low amniotic fluid. I feel like I have tried all the things, sex, pumping, dates, pineapple, spicy foods, rolling on a yoga ball, yesterday I hiked 4 miles on a hilly tr...
Does anyone have to have the injections after C Section or does it depend? Thanks
Just come back from a growth scan and she’s breech (she’s on the 95th centile at 6lb7 for ref, she’s a growing gal 💪🏼) but I’ve been advised to look in to ECV’s and the potential of having a section if she doesn’t turn in the next 2 weeks. Does anyone have any advice on how I can help to encourage her to go head…
I went into triage yesterday for reduced fetal movement, my first episode. As soon as I was put on the monitor baby started moving and met criteria. They admitted me for monitoring since I’m a high risk pregnancy and I’ve had three CTG monitors - 2 have passed and 1 has not, this was due to baby being asleep at the ...
