Been getting pink stained mucus all night/ morning do you think this could be labour?? Period like cramps on and off aswell!

I have my c section tomorrow and I am so scared and nervous, hoping I will feel more at ease after my pre op today

I’m currently 37 + 4 weeks pregnant and all night and this morning i have had the most intense cramping low down. Just wanted to know if anyone had any symptoms like this before there mucus plug went. The cramping kinda feels like the start of a period.
