How do you know when your LO is ready to potty train? My son has recently started crying whenever he does a poo in his nappy and runs to his changing mat. He will also say when he’s doing or done a poo (not before). Is there extra things I should look for him doing as a sign of readiness? He still has heavy wet napp...

My five month in chews his fingers when he’s teething and we have teething toys but he prefers his hands. My father in law saw this and told us not to let him do this as he will get “funny fingers”. Do we really need to worry about that?
Okay, maybe a stupid question, but how do you guys take off poo filled pull ups? My daughter refuses to sit still and wants to stand but if I take off a poo filled nappy, it just goes everywhere 😭 Any tricks or tips welcome
If so when did they start and did you do anything to encourage it? I'm not worried but would love to get her smiling ☺️
The worst part is when there’s shit i have to wipe off it and he tries to go and grab it anyway😟i’m SO TIRED OF IT😭 He’s 15 months old for reference so not quite ready for potty training
At this point, any help is welcomed! A little context before hand, we have a girl and we have tried many different methods. Sticker chart or a treat after going doesn't seem to motivate, no clothes method got dangerous as she would pee and then run and slip over it right away before I could get her or clean it up an...
My 3 year old can pee with zero accidents and can go unprompted. But poop? Nah. We’ve tried rewards, bribes, taking his favorite things away, telling him he needs to help clean up when he has an accident, etc. Nothing. He knows what to do, and he’s voiced it and kept telling us “I’ll try again later” but we all know...

Baby has red cheeks but no temp- they have been drooling more and hands in mouth- wondering if anyone else has noticed this with their LO?
We are attempting potty training my 2 year 7 month old, we are on day 1. Today was a total fail. She seemed really into it this morning, spent ages on the potty. We had 3 accidents and after the 2nd and 3rd she had big melt downs about it. She started rejecting going to the potty. After waking from her nap she was ...
My girl is good at peeing in her potty when she’s bottom half naked. We started putting her in pants and trousers today and she has peed in them twice and not mentioned it or asked for the potty. She’s been peeing in her potty when makes bottom half for over a week now with no issues. I try telling her she needs to...
Hi moms, I have an almost 22 months old that I want to start potty training. Reason why we are starting so late is because he had to get surgery for Hirschsprung’s Disease and that just got done in February… He doesn’t want to sit on the potty and throws a fit to get off it. Any advice would be greatly appreciate...
Hey does anyone know of any manchester area dentists taking on new nhs kid patients for my baby? Any help much appreciated
Not sure if my soon to be 6 year old is getting her molar, but seen this early this morning and need advice on what to do or if it's normal before taking her to the dentist. It's like her gum is overlapping her tooth. Every time I floss it bleeds. She complained about it hurting this morning.
LO has just cut a tooth through, he's on Kendamil Goat milk but this rash has been around his mouth now for a good while, around a week? Does it look like a reaction to his formula or just from teething dribble?
I'm getting ready to potty train my daughter and want to get her some books to help! She loves reading, so I'm hopeful that if she has some potty centered books to read as she is sitting, it will help her learn what and why, and pass the time. Any recommendations? Ones to avoid? Thanks!
My daughter decides to do a poop everytime she’s in the car seat. Most of the time it’s explosive and comes out the sides/or front and back. I’m changing her outfit twice a day and it’s really stressing me😩 I’ve tried sizing down. Tried Aldi nappies, boots, Tesco and now using Pampers premium but none of them are…
We’ve been doing adhoc potty training for the last few weeks. Nappy off when we are at home during the day and so far we haven’t had any accidents since day one. We haven’t had nappy off outside but I’m off next week and it will be with the aim to complete potty training. Just wondered how challenging it is outsid...
