Hello, my baby used to sleep until 6:30-7:30am and has 2 naps of around 2h in total. This week he has been fighting his first nap, I managed to put him to sleep but with some crying or complaining first. He has also been waking up at 5am in the morning. Can it be a sleep regression or maybe it is time to drop a nap?...

My baby does not take good naps in the day time at all he’s 5 months and he’ll stay up all day with like a 10 minute nap one time it’s very rare for him to even nap for an hour throughout the day but at night he sleeps 10pm to 11am?

My baby hardly eats any solid food but still loves milk. He isn’t showing any signs of wanting to drop a bottle and still has 4 7oz bottles a day. I feel like I need to try and help him reduce milk in the hope that he’ll eat more but I also am a bit skeptical of this as I just think he’s still not going to eat much ...

I don't know what to do. My 14 month old refuses to go to sleep without her sippy. She gets cows milk, but I know she can't have it after brushing teeth. She refuses to drink plain water, and juice has to much sugar in it.
