I have to confirm my A1C but my blood sugars indicate that I’m no longer diabetic but pre-diabetic…I’m looking to completely reverse diabetes type 2 and lose 80lbs…I realize I need more snacks because at times I don’t have dinner or a meal…rn I skip breakfast most days of the week. What snacks have helped you lose weight and get healthier? Update: my blood sugar spiked tonight for the first time in 3 weeks so I just took my injection…it was so good for 3 weeks I didn’t have to take any medicine but it’s my fault eating food with sugar and also had noodles tonight…thank you for your suggestions ladies…I will keep striving
So I find that eggs from pasture raised hens have richer darker yolks and taste better…I found a dozen of pasture raised non gmo $4.49 which is not bad…any mamas think the color of the yolk is indicative of a healthier hen?
Hey all Ive had my official GD diagnosis today and now need to see if I can control my levels with an adjustment to my diet. Im 3 years post gastric sleeve so I dont eat loads anyway and generally try and prioritise protein/veg in my portions already but need to try and do a little more. Anyone got any good meals or snack ideas? Generally I need to snack between meals to keep me going. Any inspiration would be welcomed!! Xx
