I am terrible at eating a healthy breakfast because I hate regular breakfast foods…. I don’t like any type of milk, yogurt, eggs or avocado. Ideas/suggestions welcome 😄😄
What foods do you recommend for a healthier diet besides the usual eggs, fish, chicken, and veggies? And for those with a sweet tooth, what are your favorite healthier alternatives?
I see a lot of people talking about this drug to lose weight, but when I looked it up it looks like all it does is regulate blood sugar within people with type 2 diabetes.
Hi all, just got my diagnosis a few hours ago and a but confused by it all! Not in with the team until Thursday so just trying to make a list of appropriate meals/ snacks until then. Would a protein shake be a good snack, made with 200ml skimmed milk and a scoop of protein powder? Meals seem easier, it's the snacks I'm struggling with, I'm not a snack person 😂
I’ve used it before but it bothers me that I can’t see if their dairy products are pasturised.
