Currently 12 months after emergency c section and have bulging belly. Got diagnosed with diastesis recti. How did you guys manage to reduce it? Going gym isn't an option as I dont have anyone to look after LO.

Hi all! Just wondering if there was anyone that chose an elective c section who also had GD? I was pretty set on this being my chosen option however meeting with the consultant today I feel like they tried to talk me out of it saying it's more risky for the baby! So currently feeling a little conflicted!

I'm nearly 6 weeks pp and my wound is still not healing properly n is still infected. I've been on antibiotics 3 times. I have an overhang so that's not helping,trying to keep it dry is impossible sometimes when I'm so busy. Anyone else is this situation?

Hey! I had an emergancy c-section at the beginning of January and as it was unplanned I have no idea what’s best to use to help reduce redness ect - any suggestion’s !
