Hi girls, this is specifically for anyone else that had a keloid scar as a result of their c-section, I’m debating a second csection vs vbac and one of the many things to throw into the decision is whether having a second csection could actually cut away and not leave me with a keloid next time? It’s still itchy and...
Hi, so I am 20 weeks post c-section tomorrow and I’m having stomach issues. Ever since the c-section I just cannot keep food in for longer than 30-60 minutes. I literally have to stop what I’m doing and run to the toilet. I thought it was just to do with everything being moved around inside and would settle down but...
I’m having a planned c section with my baby girl due in January. I’ve heard so many amazing things about cramlington and tempted to change from going to the rvi. Is it right that everyone gets their own room and partners are allowed to stay? This wasn’t the case at the rvi and partner had to go home after my son. In...
Has anyone experienced an anal fissure after c section? And had success at healing it? How long did it take. Been given proctcyl ointment . Xxx
Hi all, just wanted some advice. I know that midwife/doctors are very against planned c sections and will convince you to go for the natural birth option and because of this they don’t book you in until much later! I have a consultant telephone appointment soon where apparently they go through risks with me etc. Is...
Is it rude to tell someone “I am really sorry but me and my partner have decided that we are limiting the amount of people who can hold the baby after he is born” Please explain in the comments x
So I told my doc I took castor oil do y'all think he will end up trying to induce me bc I took it 37 week
Going for an elective c section with my second after a third degree tear with my first. Just wondering how you felt the whole process and surgery was if you have been through the same!
If you have experience of having a section booked but you went into labour early, what did you do? Did you have the c section or did you give birth naturally? I have one booked in 3 weeks time and I will be 39+3 I don’t know what I will do if I go into labour sooner than that as its my second baby 🤔
Does having group b affect my chances at a vbac?? I'm 17 weeks and just tested positive for it and now I have no idea how it'll affect anything. Currently waiting to hear back from my midwife, has anyone tetsed positive but still had a vbac? Dud it affect anything?
So I had little guy on October 29th and I had to get cut to get his big head out (it was 14 inches) , hiw long before I can wipe again ? I wasn't told and wasn't told when my appointment had to be made just that in 6 weeks , so I'm wondering I can wipe again cuase my brain keeps telling me after peeing to get toile...
Grossest name but we all have one 😂 Needing some advice / experiences from mums who already have a little one. Last night I lost part of my plug, I’m 33 weeks pregnant with baby number 2 - I got pregnant just as my first turned one so my body didn’t get change to get ‘back to normal’. With my first I lost my…
41+1 - waters manually broken followed by a 1 hour hard and fast labour and I never have to be pregnant again 🎉
34weeks and went to the hospital for contractions only to be told my body is now dilating as well and so I’m being kept 24hrs to monitor me to make sure preterm doesn’t prolong and continue. Hoping contractions stop
I’ve had two now and wondering if anyone else had that experience? If so, how was your experience?
Besides Nursing, MA & CNA…is there anyone who works in the healthcare? What job do u do & which certification did u get?
If you opted for a C-section, what were your reasons?
If you’re taking a suitcase which one are you taking? Can you show a pic please The reason I’m asking is because I’m about to buy one this weekend however I don’t want those ones where it’s half and half and the lid is crazy heavy as I could end up with a c section and won’t be able to open close with ease. I ju...
What advice would you give about c-section aftercare? My twins are due Feb, and although I know I will be advised at my hospital appointments, I feel like sometimes it's good to get advice from different women on what worked for them.
Contraction counter in photo, they’ve been short but consistently 3-4 minutes apart for 45 minutes. If this keeps up for the next 15 minutes is it safe to go in?
