I’m going to be 28 weeks on Saturday and have an anterior placenta. We never really decided if we were going to have a 4D scan but now I have the itch! Has anyone had a 4D scan with this placenta placement? Hoping I’ve not left it too late!
Let’s see those early scans!! How far along do you think this scan is? I was told a gestation, but looking at others, I think I’m a bit further than she said!! Xx
Got my 20 week scan today! I'm 20 weeks officially tomorrow (friday) and I can't stop worrying about the baby. It's my 2nd baby, I have an Anterior placenta so haven't felt baby move at all. Was anyone els like this? X
I have low paap a and baby was measuring around 14 th percentile at 32 weeks I’m currently 35 weeks and had my another growth scan and baby is measuring at 3rd percentile but the placenta and blood flow is normal. They have offered me induction at 37+3 weeks which I feel is too early and want to go to spontaneous la...
Had my 36 week growth ultrasound. Baby is measuring a week+ ahead. They are also measuring him at about 7 pounds. I know the ultrasounds aren’t perfect and he could be smaller than that. Was just curious of other people’s experiences with larger growth scans. I’m a little nervous he is going to keep growing like cr...
Does anyone else have this? I was told I have it at my recent private gender scan but nothing was explained to me other than the placenta is high up and out the way? Does this mean baby movements could potentially be felt earlier? I’m almost 17 weeks and have been feeling some bubbles & flutters
I just can't shake this feeling that at my dating scan there will be no heartbeat. I'm so scared and anxious and I wish the scan would hurry up so I can put my mind at rest
I keep seeing people who are 32-34weeks say “my baby is measuring two weeks ahead” or something around that area. But I heard you don’t get a growth scan until later on. So how do they find out the size of the baby?
Has anyone had this in thier pregnancy?
Hi guys , I found out I was pregnant 6 days ago and did a clear blue digital test and it said 2-3 weeks. I then did a hcg blood test and it came back 149 , the doctor asked me to take another test 48hrs later which came back 398. She said that was fine and to now wait for my scan but I am so anxious! I just did anot...
had a scan today, and the yolk sac was the only thing visible. My hCG levels are around 5000, so the doctors expected to see more at this stage. I’m also experiencing some lower right-sided pain, which was the reason for the scan, but that pain has since calmed down. I’m feeling a bit worried that they were expectin...
I was previously referred to a scan at 28 weeks as my bump was “too small”, and all baby measurements were as expected, no concerns. I went for a scan today at 32 weeks unrelated to my baby’s growth. They took all measurements anyway and struggled to get the stomach measurement due to baby’s position - I had to ke...
Had our first ultrasound today (9weeks+2days) and we officially have a wiggly little gummy bear! Was nervous because my symptoms have lessened since 7/8weeks and I’ve had a MC before, but all is good🤍
Did anyone’s 32-week growth scan turn out to be way off in terms of weight estimate, and if so, in which direction? With my first baby, the 37+5 week growth scan was actually pretty accurate at estimating the birth weight. This time around, I had a scan at 32+2 and they estimated my little boy at 4lb 1.6oz, which...
Almost 13 week scan!!
I had a private scan yesterday and they mentioned they could see a collection of something on the scan, possibly blood. She said it was nothing to worry about but hard not to. Has anyone had this before? I have text my midwife but no response yet.
Never did that before. Curious if that happened to you ? And if so were they right !?
My due date according to my LMP was 17th April. At my 12 week scan they brought it forward by 8 days! (So today) I understand they believe the scan is more accurate because it’s based on measurements whereas estimating with the LMP assumes a 28 day cycle with an ovulation on day 14, which isn’t the case for everyone...
Hey mamas, can someone tell me what PCO stand for please?
