Is anyone’s 13m able to feed themselves yoghurt with a spoon (or something like chia pudding)? My LO is a fussy eater so idk if he can’t or just doesn’t want to! Although I’ve seen him attempt to use a fork (unsuccessfully 😂)
I’m running out of ideas for my daughter! She breaks out in an irritated reaction if I serve her eggs, cheese, butter or milk by themselves. However she loves her baby yogurt and can have milk & eggs baked into things (like pancakes & bread). Anyone else’s child like this? What are your meal ideas? She loves chicken...
I’m about to start my 6 month old on their solid food journey, any advice on what I should start with and whether pured pouches from the shop are good to use?
Hello, I’m trying to get my head around weaning as I will be going back to work at the same time so want it to be as simple as possible 😅 From my research my understanding is that baby eats what we eat & we all sit and eat together. Does it matter what meal it is or what they eat? Does anyone have any tips on how…
Does anyone know of any special desserts you can buy for our little ones? My boy just usually has fruit but I’d like to give him a more special dessert on Christmas Day. He’s dairy free. Thanks!! X

I took my LO to her 1 year appointment & her iron was slightly low, not by much. But I kind of expected it since she won’t eat eggs, oatmeal, spinach basically all the iron foods. Any moms have any recipes where I can hide any of these foods in without the baby noticing. Thank you.
So my son turns 9 months tomorrow and the past few days he has not eaten anything I've made him, he will eat a mouthful of bits and bobs but that's it. He is waking in the night because of it as he is hungry but I don't know what to do if he keeps refusing it ☹️ Also gotten a pretty bad attitude lately too, growls ...
Anyone have any idea what I can do to get my little one to eat her dinner? It’s every single day! We try a variety of foods (even just freezer food) but she’ll take maybe two bites and just play with it. I know she’s hungry because she asks for snacks instead. She eats breakfast just fine and sometimes lunch but she...
Broccoli Mac and cheese, green beans and a poached pear
So I have a friend she’s been “weaning” her baby from 4 months ( was not told my ped or dietitian so she shouldn’t be ) but I don’t want to argue about that, that’s just one layer to this. NOW: she mentioned she was putting baby rice and rusks in milk bottle She also feds baby with something propping bottling...
Won't have sauce on it or anything. Any tips for fussy eaters to get some nutrients in?
Has anyone’s little one went through or going through a phase of just throwing food on the floor? My little girl still sits in her highchair but it’s on the floor like a normal chair, I make her food and she just throws it on the floor and eats some of it; I’m sure I’m making the portion sizes correct and I make thi...
My LG is 6mo and ready to be introduced to solids. This week, I've tried a bit of BLW e.g. stick of potato, stick of avocado, and toast, following guidance from Solid Starts. I'm struggling with this so much, it's giving me way too much anxiety. Do you think its okay to stick to purees and mashed foods for say the...
My toddler just dips his utensils into his food and doesn't try to scoop. I've shown him loads and he still doesn't get it 😅 It sort of works for some foods, but other foods like potatoes sort of need scooped up so I'm struggling
My baby girl is only 4 months and we don’t plan on feeding her solids until 6months but wanted to get researching from now. Does anyone know any good resources on how to start feeding baby solids?
