For those mama's that have tried the dollar tree pregnancy tests.. are they accurate?

After a scary few days including a 14 hour a&e visit I’ve been diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism on my lung at 29 weeks. Will be moving from midwife led care to being seen under a specialist. Has anyone here dealt with this before? Very anxious about what this means for birth options now

Hi! I’m 40+2 now and still waiting for baby. For the last couple of days I’ve been getting lots of tightenings or braxton hicks - my tummy goes really hard and tight frequently. Not in pain, but they’ve really ramped up. Did anyone else have this before labour? 🙏🏼

I have my glucose tolerance test next week and when getting booked in, the receptionist told me I shouldn’t brush my teeth beforehand.
