Is there any advice that anybody has on C-sections? I have a tilted pelvis and I unfortunately will have to have one. I’m roughly about nine weeks. I find out for sure next Thursday on my first appointment. Any and all advice will be appreciated even if it’s just helpful tips.
Hi all, I’ve been told that I’m likely to be induced early due to some issues with the baby, and I think I’m leaning towards having a planned c-section instead of an induction. I just wondered if people could tell me their stories of c-section recovery so I know what to expect? My husband will have to go back to wor...
What is easier to recover from? What hurt more? What has more complications?
I’m going for an elective c section and I didn’t know you can sometimes get an overhang above the scar. I was just wondering for those that has experienced this did you manage to tighten up the loose muscle/ belly if so how did you tighten ? As I am so self conscious of my body as it is x
For all the Mummas who had a previous c section what’s your birth plans this time? I previously had a c section 2yrs ago and half swaying towards another section. What’s your plans this time? C section or VBAC? Xx

I had an emergency c-section 6 weeks ago. GP checked this week and said everything has healed nicely, but didn't tell me much about how to take care of the scar. Any recommendations about good lotions to massage the scar with, so it looks better? Or any tips on how to take care of it?

Hi - recently agreed for an elective c section with the JR at the end of the month. I had an emergency c section with my first 17 months ago and my partner wasn’t allowed to stay with me after 8pm 🥲 so my recovery for the first couple of days was really rough but glad to have made it through 💪🏾 I will need to…
I have had a cough now for two weeks :( and worried that this is going to cause issues for my planned caesarean. They said it won’t lead to postponing but I can’t see how it won’t open my wound up when I can’t stop coughing…?!
Had an emergency c-section with our first (due to severe preeclampsia) following 3 failed inductions. I wanted a c-section from the offset but was really pushed from everyone at the hospital not to, so ended up with an emergency one anyway. Those of you who have had subsequent births, was there as much pushback for ...
Out of interest - those if you who have had 2 consecutive planned C-sections (and never actually gone into labour) with your second did you actually make it to your C-section date or did you go into labour early? Just curious because I know a lot of people say with your second baby they can come early but I’m wonder...
Hi has anyone had a C-section feel better week 3 and then the start of week 4 feel like it’s hit worse again Just feels so tender and I’m cautious about doing things and walking again. Is this normal or potentially something wrong
Have any of you mommas had both? I've already experienced a c-section.
Mommas, I'm pregnant with my second. First pregnancy, I had a failed induction that ended up with an emergency c-section. With this second pregnancy, I'm given the option to have an elective c-section or try to have a vaginal delivery. I don't know what to do or how to feel.
Ladies, I got a question for all of you. I wiped a little bit and I had like clear discharge with like blood in the discharge like a light one maybe like a do what could this mean? It was like this, but the blood was lighter.
Does anyone else find their baby gets upset at new faces when they come to the house but when they are out they are fine seeing new people? It’s so strange my LO does this!
