Does anyone have this? How do you manage it? Just got a diagnose and now I'm worried about how the side i sleep on puts pressurre on the colon, plus what foods are absolutely no nos.

Anyone else’s baby quieter at a weekend? I’ve been to triage a few times on a Sunday cos reduced movement but I’m starting to think this might be his pattern and I’m wondering if it’s because I’m not in my usual routine at the weekend and I notice movement more? I really do not want to have to go to triage AGAIN🙃

I've been having on/off cramps the last week but last night I had some increasing contractions, ended up going to get checked out then everything just stopped!
