Im slowly introducing solids to my baby. We’ve been doing purées. So far he does well with avocados. I tried sweet potato but he will gag it and throw up a lot… I’m the mom with the throwing up baby. Just curious what other foods to try?

I’m weaning my 8 month old and I’m looking for ideas to give him for lunch so far we’ve had jam and toast or cheese on toast. I need inspiration. We give him a hot meal at dinner usually what we’re having or some kind of puree.
I have not introduced eggs to my baby yet. My doctor mentioned giving just the white of the egg first and then introducing the yellow. Did you guys do this? What’s the best way to introduce eggs?

When going to a restaurant do you give your baby restaurant food? For context, I’m going out for lunch with a friend this week and my baby isn’t really a massive fan of pouches. Where I’m going there is a kids menu but I’m assuming it’s aimed more at bigger kids so would contain some salt? There’s some things on t...
