Tantrum

Baby suddenly throwing a tantrum every time I put him in his buggy ( but he loves going outside and once I manage to wrestle him in is calm and happy). What could be bothering him? Anyone else with this experience?

Breaking Toys

Are your 5 year old going through a phase of breaking their toys??? I'm losing it over this, it feels like every day he has broken another toy. My next door neighbor does this too and she's the same age and I feel like was a little influenced from her but I also think maybe he's just exploring but it's getting out o...

Toddler being “mean” to baby

I don’t have a better word than mean, I know she’s just acting her age but it’s driving me crazy and idk how to tackle this. Toddler is almost 3 and baby is almost 1 (June birthdays). The issue I’m having is that my toddler won’t let the baby do anything. If she’s playing contently and he touches his own baby toy...

Walking

Is anyone LO’s not standing unassisted or walking unassisted yet? T has been cruising for months but will only let go and stand for a few second and it’s starting to really upset me because I feel like I’m doing all I can to encourage him to stand by himself and start walking but he just will sit down then start cra...

Small children

Those with little ones on the smaller size how do you cope with the comments and interference. My 16 month old was wandering around at rhyme time today (she's a confident walker but in size 6-9 months clothes, no hair, and 0-6 months pram shoe) and I let her wander and just watch and everyone's putting their arms ...

Toddler speech and mood swings

I really need some help and advice. I have a 33 month old son who is not talking or communicating as other kids of his age. I am a little worried. He is a sweet boy and never used to throw tantrums or cry. We could take him anywhere and he would have his own playtime. He is shy and doesn't like to interact but latel...

Toddler running off

Looking for a bit of reassurance or advice. My LG will be 3 at the end of July and when we are out, she will stay in the pram for a bit until she wants to be out then she will ‘walk nicely ‘ as she puts it by holding my hand. Until she’s had enough of that and she starts running off. It makes me so anxious that she...

How to teach them to be cautious

My LG is 15 months and has no sense of survival. She's constantly bumping her head on toys, tables, you name it, but she hasn't learned to be cautious yet. When is it developmentally appropriate for them to be more cautious? Is there anything I can do to guide her without making her question her ability?

Letter pronunciation

Just wondering if anyone else’s little one is still struggling with pronouncing some letters? My little girl can’t really say ‘L’. She compensates by making kind of a ‘ng’ sound. She can say all of the other letters that I can think of and ‘th’ and stuff. I was just wondering if it could be something to do with her ...

I get a lot of comments about my little girl’s understanding and speech saying how much she understands/speaks (she is 18 months this week) She has just this week started putting 2 words together for example “no daddy” when she sees a man ...

Is it normal..

Is it normal for baby to stare off into space for a second? It’s not all the time. I think I’m looking for it bc I recently started an anxiety med(wellbutttin) so now I’m already so anxious that my baby who is EBF is getting absence seizures. But it most likely is my head
