Bit of a random one but has anyone else’s baby learned they can gasp for breath and seem to do it for fun? She will do it when excited and to get my attention and it literally sounds like she’s having an asthma attack but she’s smiling and laughing whilst doing it?! Wondering if she’s learned a new sound and is fixa...
anyone else’s 4 month old act like putting a shirt on is the equivalent of being tortured
I am really nervous my 3 year old has a NHS hearing test and I know they will ask her to complete tasks for the hearing test and she won’t do it and she hates appointments and gets very upset and wriggly and won’t sit still I so worried about it. She’s no diagnosed yet and she’s had private hearing test before la...
I get that this will vary depending on your personal experience, but I am struggling with my 5yo and would appreciate some advice. He goes to school Monday to Friday, Monday to Thursday he has after-school clubs, such as swimming, a fitness class ect. Only on Fridays do we come home at 3pm. We take him to the play ...
When I picked my little girl up from nursery today her key worker mentioned that my girl doesn't always respond when people call her name. She said it's variable as to whether she will respond or not and said for us to keep an eye out as it could possibly be that she has glue ear, but my brain is whizzing thinking i...
My toddler has started this extremely high pitched crying a few months ago, and it’s the type of cry that burrows into your brain and hits your bones. It’s so high pitched it’s more of a screech than a cry. I’m usually really patient, but when she’s upset and crying I have gotten to the point where I can’t stand t...
My nearly 6 week old has been crying a lot more the past few days. As in if she’s not feeding or sleeping, she’s crying. She’s also cluster feeding throughout the day. I’m wondering if it’s a growth spurt but also worried something else is going on - anyone else?
He’s 17 months exactly today and my first so I just thought this was normal but my friends with kids say it’s very unusual at this age. Is it unusual? Anyone else’s LO the same?
My 7 month old shouts at me and gets annoyed/ thrusts his body up and down in a tantrum sort of way already 🙈 what have I got to come 😩😩😂
Anyone else's toddler not stop talking, asking questions etc. from the minute they wake up to the minute they fall asleep? I'm exhausted 😅
So my little boy is so wild. He will not sit for more that 5 mins but in the last couple of months it's gotten worse. Since January the nursery are even saying he isn't processing or understanding what they are saying to him. He will literally just run up and down the livingroom for hours. Everything down to meal e...
Io only says muma, no and iya. I feel like my he is so frustrated, he will literally point at everything and screech. I feel like 90% of the time he is upset. Worried :( at what point would you go to hv about this?
Anyone else dread taking their baby out on their own because of how their baby acts in the car. I have a 12 week old little girl and I absolutely hate taking her out on my own as every time she is in the car seat she just screams and cries! If someone is sat next to her she’s a bit more manageable but she still crie...
It's so amazing how their little personalities are beginning to emerge. My little one will do something silly to make us laugh and then look at us and if he sees us laughing will also laugh his head off.
Honestly how do I get my 2yr old to stop screaming at the top of her lungs when she can’t get what she wants. I’m so over it 😤
My 13 month old still isn’t really saying words - he babbles a lot and makes lots of ‘da, ba, ma’ sounds but no words at all. Should I be worried?
morning moms, just wondering if anyone else’s baby does the same thing as I’m starting to get quite worried and drs aren’t much help. My soon to be 11 month old has always done strange movements with his head and I have been to the drs with him about this back when he was 6 and 7 months old and both times got told...
I'm assuming it's a new phase but is it best to ignore it or comment on it (no lying etc) or joke about it (you know that's not right etc) What are you doing?
Baby will be 9 months in a few days and he is army crawling but not really using his legs. When I try to help him walk and regularly when he’s lounging he crosses his legs like this, either way really but idk it seems like he’s really wobbly and I’m a little concerned :(
My typical dinner time includes him being served on the table too. Whatever helps right?!!
