When did people start to feel ‘normal’ after their c section? I’m close to 3 weeks PP and still feeling quite tender and swollen
Last time I gave birth I took a huge bag of cotton balls into hospital for changing baby nappy. But the hospital ended up providing some. Is this guaranteed that they always give them out? Want to save space in my bag 🤣
Hello! 🙂 My husband and I recently moved to Luton and we don't know anyone here. I just found out I am pregnant and trying to decide which hospital to give birth in. The closest to us is L&D (which is where I've referred myself) but I would love to hear some real experiences from anyone who has given birth there…
Has anyone tried the M&S parent mornings at the big M&S?
What happens? is it a&e or a ward? how long did it take? Do you have to stay overnight? I'm worrying about childcare 😟
Hey there. I was wondering with Mo/Mo twins how long in general were you in hospital for after birth? I’ve just been told I’ll be admitted at 35weeks, and have no idea what happens from there on. I’m being passed onto a different doctor ( yet to meet) as my current said I’m too high risk for her, so feeling a bit in...
I’m booked in for my induction today what will happen? Do they ring me at a certain time or ring me when they can? Thanks

My daughter is 10 months old I had a planned c-section with her as she was breech, but just found out that I’m 6 weeks pregnant, has anyone else had c sections this close together?
Admitted at 38 weeks for contracting before a c section. Overnight my Blood pressure shot up and baby got tachycardia all settled and they went from we might need to deliver to no need. Possible discharge now until my c section date. I’m exhausted, have a neurological condition and really ready to have my baby… coul...

It’s waking me up more than my baby boy! I assume it’s because my core muscles were cut through… Does anyone have the same? Anyone got any advice on...

Just want to get this off my chest. My baby girl flipped and was breech when I was at 10 cm. So they rushed me back and did a c section…. But by the time they got back she had turned back around and was head first. So I didn’t technically need it. This is super rare. She was quite small so I think she had room to fl...
Due to the damage my first did when I birthed her all health professionals are advising c section. Now that I have learnt I have gestational diabetes I have to either be induced or have a c section. This has confirmed my decision on the c section. I admit as it’s getting closer to the date (32 weeks pregnant) I am ...

Anyone else still think about birth all the time? Literally just spent the last hour reading everything on badger notes again
Ok so I lost my first baby june 2023 and am currently 34 almost 35 weeks pregnant with our rainbow baby. I'm looking into doing induction after 37 weeks due to already being in a lot of discomfort as well as being 45 mins from the hospital without traffic. Where your doctors willing to work with that to be induced a...
