Is my baby constipated? 4 days no poop after starting solids

My baby is EBF and we started properly weaning about 2 weeks ago. He hasn’t pooped for 4 days now, whereas before he would go like a clockwork every morning.. I’m wondering if he might be constipated? Has anyone else experienced this with their little one?

Baby’s belly button

I have just noticed that quite far inside my baby’s bellybutton is scabby. I’m assuming this is from the umbilical cord, but he is now 12 weeks old and wondered if anyone knows if it’s normal for it to still be a little scabby inside at this stage?
