Hello mamas ! I am on maternity leave and my work pays the government pay (700) . I would like to have my full 1 year maternity which means last 3 months I won't be payed. Will I be able to get help from government with rent and or universal credit etc Thank you

Hello, My understanding is that while I am on maternity leave I keep accruing annual leave as an employee. I started maternity leave in November 2024. Does this paid annual leave expire in 2025 according to the UK law?
