How many weeks off are you entitle to have as a father? I’ve been reading that fathers are entitled to have 1 or 2 weeks of paternity leave, but I also read of fathers taking a month or more off. How does this work?

I’m currently only working part time which means I have £699 end of month. £11.65hr. I’m so worried about money My partner earns a bit more but it goes quick with rent. I’m terrified for my baby and our future. I don’t know how to make extra money on the sidelines. I’m so stressed

I have a wonderful job that gives me close to 6 months of maternity leave. 12 weeks short term disability and an additional 12 weeks paid leave. I keep seeing/hearing “plan your maternity leave” what does this mean? My boss knows and is a procrastinator.
